Marion has an innate talent for making a lot out of very little. As a child she was a mini inventor, as a teenager she created jewelry out of junk, and later she began transforming everyday objects into elaborate lamps. But Marion's most remarkable creation has always been her music. Whether she is DJing, playing the electric bass, performing in an obscure handbell choir, or practicing the majestic alphorn in a soundproof basement, the key for her is holding an instrument in her hands. For the past 20 years, she has played in a band, which she also manages. It's the great constant, while she also graciously lends her organizational talents to others. She used to work for arthouse cinemas, then for the radio school, and finally for agencies like ours. As long as the environment is creative, she feels at home, says Marion. You could just as well reverse it: Where Marion is at home, everything is more creative.
