Tanja has got the one thing that every good project manager needs: Optimism. She lives her life according to the motto "it’s all going to work out" - and that’s how she approaches all her projects. She grew up in a village idyll in Aargau, with a slide in the garden and a great view of the unspoiled Reuss Valley. According to her mother, as a kid, you could easily park her in a room with a book and she would be happy. After an apprenticeship at the municipality, small-town life soon became too quiet for Tanja. So she got a bachelor’s degree in business administration and chose the career least likely to be quiet: she became a project manager in a Zurich agency. Here, where nothing ever stands still and her culinary curiosity is offered more than just a village shop, Tanja felt right at home. No wonder she came to us after a detour in a publishing house: "Calm" might be one of our core values, but we do stand dangerously close to Langstrasse. As a Sergeant, Tanja drives her projects forward with calm confidence, infecting us all in the process. We’re sure it’s all going to work out - now that she’s here.
