The Problem
AI is fundamentally changing the way we search.
People no longer browse through results; they receive AI-generated answers. Citations now matter more than rankings, and those who are cited win.

What AI says about a brand is shaped by strategy, communication and data together. More than any single discipline can cover. That's why three agencies with complementary skills work on it as one team.
FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
What is AI Brand Visibility?
Put simply: AI Brand Visibility describes whether and how your brand appears in the answers of AI systems: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Claude, and Gemini. Imagine someone asks ChatGPT «Which agency does great employer branding in Switzerland?». If your brand doesn't appear in the answer, you simply don't exist for that potential customer. It's no longer about ranking on page 1 of Google. It's about being cited, recommended, and accurately described by AI systems.
What do GEO, LLMO, and AEO mean?
These are the three disciplines that together make up AI Brand Visibility. GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) optimizes your content so that generative AI systems preferentially use it as a source. LLMO (Large Language Model Optimization) focuses on how your brand is represented in the training and retrieval data of LLMs. And AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) targets direct answers in search engines and AI assistants, such as Featured Snippets, AI Overviews, and similar formats. In practice, all three areas are interconnected. Optimizing only one of them means leaving potential on the table.
Which AI platforms are analyzed?
The free Quick Check covers the four highest-volume consumer AI platforms: ChatGPT (OpenAI), Gemini (Google), Claude (Anthropic), and Perplexity. Together they account for the majority of AI-generated answers Swiss buyers see today. The full AI Brand Audit adds Microsoft Copilot and Google AI Overviews — for a total of six platforms, with platform-specific recommendations. Each platform has its own characteristics: ChatGPT weighs Wikipedia heavily, Perplexity pulls in live sources, Gemini leverages the Google Knowledge Graph.
How is brand visibility measured?
The free Quick Check measures four dimensions: Mentions (does AI name you when someone asks about your industry?), Citations (does AI cite your website as a source?), Brand Knowledge (how accurately AI describes your brand), and Sentiment (how AI frames you). Results per platform are weighted by AI-assistant market share in the DACH region and combined into one 0-100 score. The full audit goes deeper: 200+ prompts across six platforms, repeated runs for stability, and a named competitive benchmark.
Which companies is the service for?
Companies that benefit most already have a strong brand and a solid digital presence, but don't yet appear in AI answers. Typical clients are B2B service providers, technology companies, financial services, and pharma/healthcare firms with 50+ employees. But smaller companies with a clear niche focus can also benefit enormously, because AI systems often have few sources for niche topics and pick up new signals quickly. The question isn't company size. It's whether your target audience is searching for you through AI systems.
What does the service cost?
That depends on the scope and your goals. We offer three tiers: from a one-time audit to a project-based optimization package to an ongoing retainer. Since every company has a different starting position and ambition, we create individual proposals. The best way to start is with the free Quick Check. After that, we can assess in a brief conversation which tier makes the most sense for you.
